Cancellation Policy •Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. •ALL no call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee + a 20% gratuity. No exceptions. •If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you have not contacted me, it will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. •If you repeat cancelling appointments a 50% non refundable booking fee will be required before scheduling an appointment. •If you come into a FILL appointment needing a FULL set without discussing this with me we will need to set up a different appointment for a new full set and you will be charged 50% of the fill price. •Full sets and new clients require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. •If you lose a significant amount of lashes within the first 24 hours please contact me. You can book a fill free of charge within 48 hours of your original appointment! Anything booked out further will be the regular fill price. Thank you for your understanding!
